At Last Minit Smiles we value your time and ours. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Please review our rescheduling policy carefully before booking.

• A deposit is required to confirm your appointment 
• This deposit is non-refundable, but it may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduling is done within the allowed timeframe 
• The remaining balance is due at the time of service
   

• You must reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time
• If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook
   

• No-shows or same-day rescheduling will result in a forfeited deposit and may require prepayment in full for future bookings
   
• Being more than 15 minutes late may also result in cancellation and loss of deposit
   

We understand emergencies happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may allow a one-time courtesy to reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Last-minute changes impact our ability to accommodate other clients. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time and policies.
